In 1979, Jamie Dugger put her passion for sewing and interior design to work and laid the foundation for Jamie’s Curtains and Décor (what would later become Jamie’s Interiors). As a sophomore in high school she began selling homemade pillows to her school teachers. By the time she was 18, Jamie was sewing and selling custom curtains and bedspreads at flea markets and by request to customers from her father’s local store. After graduation, Jamie saw a need for her talents and products at a mobile home center in Williamsburg, Kentucky. Her entrepreneurial spirit took over and she decided she could produce better curtains and décor at a better price for the market. 

Selling by day and sewing by night, Jamie soon needed help to keep up with the demand for her creations. She hired her first employee and moved into a space at the Jackson Mall in Williamsburg. She began adding clients throughout the region and word spread that Jamie’s Interiors was the place for curtains and décor. Jamie’s Interiors was officially founded in 1982.

In 1999, Jamie opened a plant in Jellico, Tennessee. Several buildings and a whole team of employees later, Jamie’s Interiors proudly serves clients such as Clayton Homes, Oakwood Homes and Fleetwood Homes. Jamies Interiors proudly serves clients such as Clayton Homes,  Skyline/Champion corp, Cavco Home Builders, Commodore Homes, Regional Homes, FEMA/Government volume packages, and Multiple Independent Sales centers and communities  (too many to list). Jamies interiors delivery and setup areas include Kentucky, Tennessee, Arkansas, Illinois, Ohio, Indiana, West Virginia, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Eastern Texas. Currently drop shipping to all other states but expanding delivery and setup as business grows in those areas. pi. 

Today, Jamie owns and manages a highly successful, multi-million-dollar business that continues to offer the latest furniture, curtains and décor for the manufactured housing market. Jamie’s team buys in large volume so they can pass the savings on to their valued customers. Her 22,000 sq ft warehouse has furniture arriving daily from more than 10 major manufacturers, ready for fast delivery.
